So many people have joined together to make it possible for you to be here today.  All of them understand the challenges you will face. They want you to be fully prepared, to the best of your abilities. They want you to have a mastery of core subjects. They want to develop your capacity as a strong team member. There are many gates you have to pass through to get to your dreams. Work hard, ask questions, help others and show respect, so that the gates may always swing open for you.
